When life feels heavy

For the woman who is carrying a lot quietly.

You may be the person everyone counts on: answering the messages, managing the details, remembering what needs to happen next, and somehow still wondering if you are doing enough. On the outside, you look capable. Inside, you may feel anxious, resentful, disconnected, self-critical, or exhausted from holding everything together.

Virtual therapy for women in New Jersey and Pennsylvania is for the part of you that is tired of pushing through. It is a place to understand your patterns, sort through what is actually yours to carry, and build a relationship with yourself that feels less harsh and more honest.

Reasons to begin

Therapy may be helpful if...

You overthink everything.

Small decisions become loops of doubt, guilt, and trying to make the choice that disappoints the fewest people.

You are tired in a way rest does not fix.

You are reactive, numb, or quietly resentful, but stopping feels complicated because people depend on you.

You miss yourself.

Therapy can help you reconnect with your needs, voice, boundaries, and the parts of you that have been on hold.

How therapy can help

Therapy can help you slow the cycle and feel steadier.

Understand the anxiety, self-doubt, and stress patterns that keep repeating.
Practice clearer boundaries without drowning in guilt.
Build language for needs you have been minimizing.
Support your nervous system when it feels overloaded.
My approach

Warm, honest therapy that still has direction.

My style is relational, thoughtful, and direct. We can talk about anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, motherhood, relationships, self-esteem, and the habits that keep you abandoning yourself. When useful, we may include nervous system work, grounding, or body awareness, but this will never be therapy that floats away from your actual life.

Common questions
What is the investment for weekly sessions?

Weekly sessions are $150 for a 50-minute virtual therapy session. I currently provide therapy for clients located in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

What if weekly sessions feel too short for what I am carrying?

If you want more room to focus on a specific pattern, transition, or self-relationship issue, a therapy intensive may be a better fit. We can talk through whether weekly therapy, an intensive, or a combination would offer the kind of support you are actually needing.

Do you work with men too?

Yes. Much of my website speaks directly to women because that is a core focus of my practice, but I do work with men when the fit and therapy goals align.
